Frozen Crispy Aromatic Duck, Fry in Deep Fat and It's ready to be shredded.
Fry: Preheat Oil at 190oC / 370oF. Fry the duck skin side down in the oil for approximately 5 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Oven: Preheat over 232oC / 450oF (Gas Mark 8). Place on baking tray, cook for 35-40 minutes until skin is golden brown and crispy.
