Made in Japan. If you’re cooking up a storm you want the best ingredients to give you the best flavour. This marudaizu soy sauce is traditionally brewed, using specially selected whole soy beans. Because whole soy beans take longer to ferment, the soy sauce produced has a really subtle, mellow flavour that adds oodles of umami to your dishes, dressings or dipping sauces.


How to use

There are an endless variety of different ways that soy sauce can be used in Japanese cuisine.
Base for sauces such as teriyaki
Mixed with dashi soup stock to create a rich noodle soup.
Mix with wasabi to create a dip for sushi and sashimi.
