S&B VEGAN CURRY MIX IN FLAKES is a Japanese style curry flake that can be enjoyed by many people.


It has a well-balanced flavour and spices, and can be used with your favourite ingredients. It is certified as a vegan product by the JAPAN VEGETARIAN SOCIETY.
 

While most Japanese curry use wheat flour as an ingredient to thicken the sauce, this product does not use wheat flour. Instead, it uses starches.
Using an original blend of curry powder and selected ingredients, this product has a rich and spicy scent by itself without adding artificial flavours.

Cooking instruction:

1. Add S&B Vegan curry mix in flakes 1kg into 2ml of Hot Water or broth (60-70 degrees). Stirring until completely dissolved.

2. Cut ingredients into bit-size pieces.  Stir-fry ingredients in oil in a pot until vegetables are lightly browned.

3. Add 4ml of water or broth and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and slimmer until ingredients are tender.

4. Remove from heat.  Add the curry sauce from direction 1 and bring to a boil.  Simmer until thickened.  Stirring constantly.

5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
