Japanese Ramen noodle with Soupbase. 2 Servings.

Soothing umami ramen served Hokkaido-style with a yuzu citrus kick. A mellow, calming ramen that reflects the fresh flavours of Japan's northern island, Hokkaido, these dry noodles with a salty soup base make a brisk, satisfying meal with a tang of yuzu citrus.

Cooking Instruction:

1. Cook the noodles in 500ml boiling water (900ml for 2 servings) for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring gently.

2. Remove from the heat. Add the soup base and stir well. Consume quickly after opening.
