LOCAL DELIVERY

1. We would love to offer free delivery service for Aylesbury & nearby neighbours 
  • FREE DELIVERY within 5 miles radius for orders over £25.00.
  • Under £25.00 will be charged £2.50
  • Minimum order amount £5 spend
  • No restrictions on the total weight
  • Fresh / Chilled / Frozen items available 
  • Postcode reference: HP18 0, HP19, HP20, HP21
2. We offer a same day local delivery service (order before 12noon) within the Aylesbury Area.




3. We also offer a free delivery service to Aylesbury surrounding areas:
  • FREE DELIVERY for within 10 miles radius for orders over £40.00.
  • No restrictions on the total weight
  • Fresh / Chilled / Frozen items available 
  • Dispatch within 1-3 working days
  • Delivery charge of £4.00 if order amount below £40.
  • Postcode reference: HP17, HP22 & HP23
4. We also offer a free delivery service to the rest of HP post code:
  • FREE DELIVERY for orders over £60.00.
  • No restrictions on the total weight
  • Fresh / Chilled / Frozen items available 
  • Dispatch within 1-3 working days
  • Delivery charge of £6.00 if order amount below £60.
  • Postcode reference:  HP1, HP2, HP4, HP5, HP6, HP16, HP18(excl. HP18 0) & HP27

**Please check the perishable goods (fresh, chilled and frozen items) immediately upon delivery, as we cannot accept returns on fresh, chilled and frozen items unless they are immediately returned with the delivery driver.**

SHIPPING RATES FOR THE REST OF THE UK

All orders with weight below 2kg are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours @ £4.50 and weight from 2.1kg will be sent using Royal Mail or DPD service courier service (from £5.95 depending on the total weight).

*DELIVERY TERMS

  • Cut-off for next-day shipping is 12 Noon. After that they will be dispatched on the following day.
  • Working days are Mon-Fri (excluding national holidays). 
  • Delivery costs exclude VAT.
  • No Fresh, Chilled & Frozen foods available for delivery.

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY IS NOT RECEIVED?

If you haven’t received your order, please contact the courier directly with your consignment tracking number and they will be able to provide more details about your order. In some situation the courier may ask you to contact us, if so, please email us at info@thesecretasia.co.uk. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS?

The buyer has the responsibility to make sure the shipping address, telephone number and email has been entered correctly when filling out the information. If you do require changing the designated address for the order, you must notify us by email/ telephone about the change you want to make. It is free of charge if the parcel has not been dispatched. On the occasion of an order being dispatched, the buyer has to pay for the cost to get the parcel delivered to the right address. 

Customers are responsible to pay for re-delivery charges if the courier failed to deliver due to error of shipping address or missed delivery attempts. On the occasion of an order being dispatched, the buyer would like to cancel the order; refund will be made to the buyer after deduction of delivery charge.  The additional cost includes the cost of the return parcel and the cost of the re-delivery, please see below for more details:

PACKAGING

Your order will be carefully packed and all glass bottles will be protected with bubble wrap to ensure there are no damages during transit. We re-use good condition boxes to limit wastage.

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.


BACK ORDERS:

All of our products are normally available from stock. However, if any item on your order is out of stock, we will email / call you to let you know. You will then have the choice of cancelling that item, changing for an alternative or back ordering it. We will always contact you by email before back ordering product.


SPECIAL ORDERS:

If you have a special request, no mater how niche, please send us a message through our contact section of the website. We will do our best to get what you need at a competitive price. Any special order or custom made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.


PRICES:

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT where applicable (food items do not normally attract VAT). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
