The Secret of Kewpie Mayo
The secret to the great taste of Kewpie Mayonnaise is in the eggs and vinegar we use. Kewpie uses the yolk of the egg and brew their own vinegar with apple and malt to create a deeper, richer mayonnaise flavour.
