Microwave:
Remove frozen Eel from package. Place frozen Eel on a microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely with cling film. Cook for 3-4 minutes and serve hot.
Boil:
Place sealed frozen Eel pouch into a large pot with boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain water and serve. Caution: It is HOT!
Serving Suggestion:
Place hot Eel, skin-side down on cooked water rice.
