Mellow paste-type instant miso soup of our No. 1 selling series. "Enjuku Koji Miso" is a refined miso soup based on bonito and kelp stocks for a rich aroma and refreshing savoury taste. The series undergoes Hikari Miso's proprietary no-heating production process to retain the natural and original taste of miso.
How To Use
• Empty one sachet of miso paste and one sachet of tofu garnish into a bowl or cup.
• Add 160ml hot water and stir through until the miso paste has dissolved.
