1. Using fried chicken mix with water
Ingredients: Chicken 1.5kg, Ottogi Fried Chicken Mix 200g, Cooking Oil, 200ml Cold Water
1) Cut the prepared chicken into appropriate size, soak it in cold water, wash it thoroughly and drain the water.
2) Mix 200g of fried chicken mix with 200ml of cold water and mix it well until it resolves.
3) Spread the batter evenly over the prepared chicken.
4) When the cooking oil is heated to 170-180 degrees, add the chicken coated in the fried chicken batter and fry for 8-10 minutes.
5) Take out the fried chicken, drain the oil, and enjoy.
2. Coat the chicken with fried chicken powder and use it
Ingredients: Chicken 1.5kg, Ottogi Fried Chicken 200g, Cooking Oil, 200ml Cold Water
