Thai Glutinous Rice (Sticky) 


Cooking Instruction:
Rinse rice with water once or twice before cooking. 

Glutinous Rice: 
1. Put 2 cups of Glutinous Rice into a large bowl. 
2. Add 6 cups of cold water. 
3. Allow to soak for 8-24 hours. 
4. For faster preparation, soak in hot water for 3 hours. 
5. Dry rice and place in steamer. 
6. Cook for 25 min or until the rice becomes tender.
