This Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen is great for lovers of meaty or umami flavours. Try topping it with sliced BBQ pork, menma seasoned bamboo slices, or fried garlic slices.

Ready in less than 5 minutes, it gives you a combination of taste, convenience and nutrition. Add corn, egg  and some pork slice and you are ready to enjoy Hokkaido Ramen in the comfort of your home.

Cooking Instruction:

1. Cook the noodles in 500ml boiling water (900ml for 2 servings) for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring gently.

2. Remove from the heat. Add the soup base and stir well. Consume quickly after opening.
