Jjajang Men is a popular Korean and Chinese fusion dish. These delicious noodles consist of thick chewy noodles topped with black soybean sauce and vegetables.
Cooking Direction:
- Add the noodles into 600ml of boiling water and boil the noodles for 5 minutes.
- Drain out the water and leave 2 or 3 tablespoons of water in the bowl.
- Add the seasoning sauce on the noodles, mix well and serve.
