Cooking Instruction:
For a delicious meal marinate the chicken with Oyster Sauce and set aside. Heat a wok or large frying pan, add the oil then sauté the shallots over medium heat for 2 minutes, add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the peppers and sauce mix, and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
