李錦記甜酸醬
Lee Kum Kee sweet and sour sauce is a ready-to-use sauce with no artificial colouring. The fruity and tangy flavours will enhance any sweet and sour dish. It's also good as a dipping sauce.
Great for all kinds of battered meat and seafood. A ready-to-use gravy.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Sweet And Sour Pork (Serves 2):
Marinate 150g (5 oz) pork tenderloin pieces with ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg. Dust with corn starch and pan-fry in oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Saute 50g (2 oz) bell pepper and 50g (2 oz) slices cannes pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add pork, 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce and heat through.
