Cooking Direction:
- Dumpling Soup: After making soup broth, add frozen dumplings and boil for 5-6 minutes. You can enhance the flavour by adding extra vegetables such as garlic, onion and spring onion.
- Steam: Pour sufficient amount of water in a steamer. As the water boils, place the frozen dumplings on the plate for steamer and steam for approximately 6-7 minutes.
- Microwave: Place dumplings with wet cloth covered. Microwave for about 4-5 minutes.
