Ssamjang is another fermented Korean sauce often used as a dip or topping for barbecue lettuce wraps. This condiment is made from a cultured soybean base called doenjang, chilli paste, fresh garlic, onions, scallions, and sesame oil.  Ssamjang (쌈장) is best known as a Korean BBQ Dipping sauce.
