Made with fresh beef bulgogi, light tofu, fragrant leek and onion, wrapped in a thin and chewy dumplings wrap. The 0.7mm-thick thin dumpling skin, which is produced with the optimal combination of flour and starch, features crispy texture when fired on the pan. Moreover, the fresh beef and fragrant ginger give the dumplings an extra taste of Korea. Enjoy the dumplings as a variety of main dishes, side dishes and snacks.

How to cook:

Pan Fry Gyoza: Pour 3 table spoon of oil into a pan and heat it up. Place 7-8 frozen Bibigo gyoza dumplings and pan fry them for about 7 minutes till all sides are golden brown.

Deep Fry Gyoza: Heat up the oil up to 180°c. Gently put in 7-8 frozen Bibigo gyoza dumplings and fry them for about 3 minutes till the surface turns golden brown.
