Cooking Instruction

Remove all packaging. Place pieces inside the steamer, cover and steam 

    • Ha Gow: Typically requires 10–15 minutes of steaming until the skin becomes translucent. Over-steaming can cause the delicate skin to break.
    • Siu Mai: Often takes slightly longer, roughly 15–20 minutes, to ensure the pork filling is cooked through.
