Preparation and Usage
Cooking instruction: 1. roll meat, poultry, shrimp, fish or vegetables in flour and coat evenly. 2. Dip the prepared food into mixture of one beaten egg with 2-3 tablespoons of water. 3. Roll in breadcrumbs until well coated and fry in hot oil at 170°C until golden brown.
