Available in a 150g packet, this seasoning mix is the easiest method to prepare a Mabo tofu dish in an authentic manner. With this mix, you can just add ground meat and tofu to make the mabo tofu. Directions 4 Servings: 1 box House Foods Chinese MaboTofu Sauce; 1 (14 oz) tofu (soybean curd); 2 oz ground meat (beef or pork or chicken); 1 tbsp vegetable oil. 1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok at medium heat; brown meat. 2. Add House Foods Chinese MaboTofu Sauce and simmer. 3. Gently stir in cubed tofu and simmer again. This product is thermally processed and packaged in a hermetically sealed pouch. Keep at room temperature
