Sushi vinegar has its name because it is most commonly used to make sushi rice. However, sushi vinegar is a remarkably versatile ingredient, great to use in ramen, as a salad dressing, or as part of a marinade. Use to give extra depth and acidity to a meal.

 

How To Use

To make sushi rice add three tablespoons of rice vinegar to approx. 500g of cooked rice. Ensure rice is thoroughly cooled and refrigerated before making sushi.
