Our Black Bean Garlic Sauce primarily gets its flavour from fermented black beans. We expertly blend our black beans with minced garlic to create this classic paste for a truly authentic Chinese flavour profile, allowing you to cook many restaurant quality black bean based recipes at home.
Stir-fry 300g chicken for 5 mins, add 2 finely chopped shallots, 1 diced green pepper and stir-fry for a further 3 mins. Add 1 Tbsp of Black Bean Garlic Sauce and 1 tsp of sugar. Stir-fry for a further 2 mins or until cooked through.
