This box contains ten sachets of dashi soup stock flavoured with bonito fish rich in the umami flavours essential in most traditional Japanese foods. Use this dashi when making miso soups, noodle soups, oden hot pots, and more.

 

How to use

• Miso Soup: 1 sachet of dashi, 4-5 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of miso paste makes 4-5 servings.
• Noodle Soup: 2 sachets of dashi, 5 cups of water and soy sauce makes 3 servings.
