Cooking Direction (1 serving)
1. Rinse 200g of rice cake with water and drain.
2. Add drained rice caked to boiling broth (beef or anchovy) and season with salt or soy sauce.
3. Boil rice cake soup for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
Make your own tteokguk by adding your favourite vegetables. (Recommendation: Sweaweed, green onion, egg, black pepper).
