Consisting of springy non-fried noodles and a peppery, tobanjan chilli bean paste stock, these tongue-tingling noodles are packed with mouth-watering spice and a sweet umami soy sauce taste, without the need for meat, fish or dairy. Provided with tender soy protein, edamame and crunchy pak choi toppings, these noodles are full of succulent textures to soak up their peppery broth, ready in just 4 minutes when filled with boiling water.

How To Use

• Remove lid and take out soup and garnish sachets. 
• Sprinkle contents of garnish sachet over noodles and fill cup to inner line with boiling water (approx. 270ml). Replace lid and leave for 4 minutes. 
• After 4 minutes, peel back lid entirely, loosen noodles and add liquid soup sachet. Stir through and enjoy.
