Molded by hand using a quality mixture of caster sugar from Kitakyushu and soothing brown sugar from Kagoshima, these hard sugar candies are filled with black sesame seeds to round out their rustic taste. Creating a delicious harmony of savoury and sweet, the roasted seeds dropped into each brown sugar candy increase their rich, nostalgic flavour while adding a unique crunch to each sweet once it's soft enough to bite.
